TS RERA approval has been received for the second phase of the Anvita Ivana project, which is being constructed by the Anvita Group in Kollur. As part of the second phase, Anvita Group is drawing up plans to construct four towers. In the first phase, two towers of fifteen floors are being constructed. In the second phase, four towers with 36 floors will be constructed. Anvita Company is developing around 1800 flats in two phases. The number of flats coming up in the first phase is about 390. On fourteen and fifteen floors, about thirty uber-luxury sky villas have been designed. Along with four-bedroom flats, a home theater has also been designed. The clubhouse is being developed in two phases in about one lakh square feet. A terrace garden is being developed on 44,000 square feet.
