The stamps and registration department has introduced the builder-registration module so that either a realtor or a builder need not submit their details every time they sell either a flat or a plot.
Sometimes, if a builder were to register many plots, feeding the builder information into the system is taking a lot of time. As a result, the authorities are forced to put off the registration. To overcome the problem, the stamps and registration department has introduced a new module. In the module, there will be a dash board with all the information about the builder or the realtor. It also contains full information about his or her ventures. How many plots did he sell and how many more are yet to be sold. It eliminates the scope for double registration. It would reduce the time for documentation benefiting the builders.
