REG NEWS:
A major residential development is taking shape in West Hyderabad’s Kollur, with Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja planned around larger living spaces, open areas and community facilities. Developed by Gangothri Infra Edge Pvt. Ltd. in partnership with Zuari Infraworld India Limited, the project is spread across 9.16 acres and comprises 1,730 residences. The nine towers rise to G+37 floors, with prices and detailed booking terms to be announced by the developers.
Kollur has emerged as a residential location for buyers working in Gachibowli, Hi-tech City and the Financial District, offering larger homes at a lower entry point than several established western suburbs. Tribhuja is positioned to cater to this demand through larger residences, open spaces and community facilities. Homes range from approximately 1,679 sq. ft. to 3,126 sq. ft. and include 3 and 4 BHK residences, with a 3.15-metre floor-to-floor height. It is also pre-certified for an IGBC Silver rating.
The project is designed by LAVA (Laboratory for Visionary Architecture), Australia, around three principles: Light, Air and Privacy. The tower layout uses sunlight and wind analysis to improve natural light, ventilation and thermal comfort. About 78% of the homes are planned as corner residences, while 72% of the site will remain as open space. Our entry into Hyderabad reflects our long-term confidence in the city. With Gangothri, we aim to build homes and communities that will stand the test of time, said Saroj Kumar Poddar, Chairman, Zuari Industries Limited.
The development will have a clubhouse of about one lakh sq. ft. with more than 55 amenities, including swimming pools, gym, spa, mini theatre, sports courts, children's play areas, landscaped spaces and co-working facilities. We are fortunate to enter the Hyderabad market with the right partner, and Tribhuja marks an important step for us in the city,” said Alok Banerjee, Whole-Time Director and CEO, Zuari Infraworld India Limited.
Tribhuja is around two minutes from ORR Exit 2 and is connected to the Kokapet SEZ, Financial District and Kollur IT SEZ corridor. The location also provides access to the upcoming high-speed rail corridor at Nagulapally. Tribhuja brings together our local experience and Zuari’s scale, with a focus on larger, well-ventilated homes and a high share of corner residences, said K. Madhuram Reddy, Managing Director, Gangothri Infraedge Private Limited.
He noted that air, space and privacy are the three principles behind Tribhuja, adding that the partnership with Zuari brings together shared values, international experience and Gangothri’s understanding of Hyderabad. The launch also featured the unveiling of the project brochure and the opening of the Tribhuja experience zone. Adding to the residential pipeline along Hyderabad’s western corridor, the development comes as new housing projects continue to expand the city’s urban footprint.
