The regions from LB Nagar to Choutuppal have been growing with rapid speed. The government has plans to set up industrial clusters along the highway. Moreover, the places have good transport connectivity and there is availability of government lands here. Moreover, the Centre has plans to widen the highway. Once the widening of the highway project gets the Centre’s nod, it would pave the way for the further development of the real estate. The ORR projects fuel further development of the region.
Compared to the prices of property prevailed in West Hyderabad, the prices in the East Hyderabad are rather affordable. Those who feel the prices in West Hyderabad as burdensome, they have been preferring the East Hyderabad locations. As the crucial highway linking the state with neighbouring AP passing through the region, it is one of the significant issues for real estate development in the region. Therefore, even some investors and ordinary home buyers have set their sights on Eastern Hyderabad.
