Hyderabad-based leading real estate company Vamsiram Builders, led by Subbareddy, has set a new benchmark in the city’s real estate market by acquiring 5.38 acres of land in Raidurg at ₹269 crore per acre.
The company purchased the plot for approximately ₹1,447.22 crore in the latest Raidurg land auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC). According to sources, Vamsiram Builders is planning to develop IT-related commercial spaces on the site.
The latest auction follows the sale of the first plot last week, when 5.25 acres fetched ₹1,386 crore, translating to ₹264 crore per acre. TGIIC has already received 25% of the auction value as the first-stage payment for the first plot.
Together, the two auctions have generated approximately ₹2,833.22 crore from 10.63 acres, with an average realisation of ₹266.53 crore per acre.
The fact that both auctions fetched more than ₹260 crore per acre within a week highlights the strong confidence among investors and developers in the Raidurg corridor.
TGIIC Chairman and Managing Director K. Shashanka said the strong auction outcome is a reflection of investor confidence in Hyderabad and Telangana, as well as the continued attractiveness of Raidurg as a major business and investment destination.
