Complaint against Phoenix Company
The Phoenix Company tried to seize private land belonging to a man next to his venture at midnight. Simultaneously, 30 bouncers came with a bulldozer and destroyed the fencing around the land. An indiscriminate attack was made on the watchmen who tried to block them. The victims filed a complaint with the police. Phoenix Company is venturing into 50 acres in Medipalli village in Balapur mandal of Rangareddy district. Adjacent to this land is a plot of 1300 yards belonging to Raghu Alekh. The Phoenix biggies who have seen this land have tried to occupy it twice in the past. The victims approached the court as the boundaries were erased and confusion was created.
With this, the court appointed an advocate commission. The commission surveyed the revenue officials and confirmed the boundaries. Later, Raghu put up fencing around his place. A container room was arranged in his place, and a watchman was appointed. Raghu complained to Rachakonda Police that Phoenix Company had tried to occupy the land once again. On the 16th of this month, around midnight, around 30 bouncers came with JCBs and demolished the basement and the fencing built around the boundary. In this context, the complaint requested that appropriate action be taken against Srinidhi Venture, along with Krishnamraju and Baburao.
