Realty Business Growth Summit held in Novotel shows New direction to the realty market in 2023

The Realty Business Growth Summit held at Novatel hotel on December 20 with the participation of experts from construction field, intelligentsia and professionals and consultants stirred up a lot of interest among the public in general and realty professionals in particular. Heads of business of realty sector attended the summit, which was held from 10 am to 6 pm. Presentations made at the summit held the invitees were thought-provoking. Discussions held at the summit on several significant aspects of the realty business gave new directions to the realty sector. The one-day summit was described most beneficial to the targeted sector professionals.

Former national president of CREDAI and IGBC Hyderabad Chapter Chairman C Sekhar Reddy, delivering the inaugural address, explained the participants the significance of green buildings. He gave a presentation on the topic called “Green makes business sense”. The CREDAI national vice-president and ARK Group Chairman Gummi Ramreddy, with the help of a sloka from the Bhagavath Gita, explained five salient characteristics required to build a strong organizational culture. He also spoke on the 3T formula – Trust, Train and Track. Financial expert Dr Satya Vaddi explained the mistakes that builders normally commit. He called upon builders to exercise financial discipline.

How to develop cities?

An interesting discussion took place on the current trends in real estate and customers’ sentiments. Indis Group Marketing Director Prakash Yadav explained the gathering the marketing conditions and changing thinking perspectives of buyers. JLL Naveen Kumar, Mudith Gupta of Anarock, Sunil Chandra Reddy of NAREDCO Telangana, Satya Vaddi (financial expert), Mahesh Singh Thapar (urban planning expert) explained the significance of green buildings. They spoke on how to build communities, cities with the green city concept. IGBC councilor Sandeep, Argano Urban Living CEO Nagesh Kumar Battula, IGBC Amaravati Chairman Vijaya Sai Meka, RV Nirmaan COO Cheruku Chaitra and others took part in the summit.

Women shining at their best

In the discussion on role of women’s leadership in construction sector, ARK Group CEO Meghana Gummi, Silpa Group Director Nagini Ravi Singareddy, RV Nirman COO Chaitra Cheruku and others participated. In realty marketing and building information systems, an interesting presentation was made by Clove Technologies. In the end, Business coach Venu Bhagavan spoke on the mind set needed for building a realty organization and the required culture. The summit helped dissemination of valuable information. The participants earned new friends.
