The Nagarjuna Constructions Company (NCC Urban) has issued a denial stating that it is in no way related to some individuals making offers to build houses at Rs 1269 per sft claiming to be part of the NCC Urban. In fact, everyone knows the brand value being enjoyed by the NCC Urban in southern states.
Many customers buy flats from NCC Urban judging the firm by its brand value. However, some individuals claiming to be part of the NCC Urban started building individual houses. When Real Estate Guru made enquiries any relation whatsoever between these individuals and the NCC Urban, it made clear that it is in no way linked with the housing project.
