My Home Nishada @ Kokapet

The much-awaited day of home buyers in Hyderabad has arrived. Domestic construction giant My Home Group has launched its My Home Nishada project at Neopolis in Kokapet. In this RERA sanctioned project, the price of a flat has been fixed at Rs 9,600 per sft. Spread over an area of around 16.68 acres, The G Plus 44-storey complex, has a total 1,398 flats. The size of the flats ranges from 3,450 sft to 4,617 sft. The club house will be developed in more than one lakh sq.ft in Nishada, which has 80 percent open space. The company designed eight sky high towers with double height entrance lobby.

My Home Nishada project elevations have been designed differently, to impress the home buyers. Specially for the safety of the occupants of the skyscraper, refugee areas have been set up on some floors of each tower. A special pet zone will be set up for dog lovers. Special parking for bicycles, skating rink, bicycle trail, multipurpose play court etc are being developed. Entrance lobby, club house, and other open amenities will be built with double height ceiling. Thus, the company has designed the My Home Nishada by carefully examining and considering every aspect. Hence, there is a good response from the buyers soon after the soft launch was announced.
