Muppa Projects has launched a brand new project called Muppa Melody in Tellapur. The construction group is planning to construct seven towers spread over eight acres, with a total 1,054 flats. Much to the delight of prospective customers, about 75 percent of the entire area will be left open and the construction will be taken up in just 25 per cent of the available space.
When it comes to the size of the flats, consumers have a wide range to choose from sizes of 1010, 1400, 1655, 1725 square feet. The project, which will be constructed using the Aluminum formwork technology, includes two clubhouses spread over a total area of around 42,000 sq.ft. Flats will be handed over to the buyers in July 2023. The flat prices are being quoted at Rs 5200-5695 per sq.ft.
Tellapur is located in close proximity to the Financial District and Kollur areas in the Outer Ring Road region. People can easily reach Gachibowli area from Tellapur which is witnessing construction of more than 25 projects.
