MSRDB developers to enter AP market

Renowned realtor MS Ramaiah Developers and Builders (MSRDB) is planning to enter Andhra Pradesh market and is toying with the idea of investing Rs 3000 crore to enter the real estate market of three states. It decided to commence its real estate activities in AP, Karnataka (Bangalore) and Goa. It is keen to invest in retail and commercial real estate. The realtor wants to double its capacity to 8 million sft from the present 4 million sft.
