How did the Bharati Builders’ scam unfold?

Later, even though they did not have any association with the company, they also made termination announcements in newspapers. Following this, Sunil Kumar Ahuja was charged on August 15, 2021, under IPC Sections 406, 420, and 506 in the PSR section of Pet Basheerabad. A suit was also filed. Kavitha PEL, Bishop, who are creditors, were threatened with extortion for two hours on a night in 2021. The settlement made between the two institutions is also news. As a result, Bharati Builders learned that they need to pay approximately 25 crore rupees to that company.
