Rajapushpa Imperia is a prestigious project being built by Rajpushpa Group in Telapur. The project, which is being built on about 24 acres, will have eight towers. The company has recently unveiled one of these towers, Grace Tower, which has 40 floors. The uniqueness of this project is that about 82 percent is open space. Club house is the main attraction in this project which has two swimming pools with deck, work from home office spaces and sun deck apartments. The club house is being built with G+4 floors. A flat in Rajapushpa Imperia, a premium lifestyle apartments, is priced at Rs 6,699 per square feet. The project will be handed over to buyers in March 2026.
Rate hike from August 1
Further, the company has announced that the price of flats being sold at Rajapushpa Provincia will be hiked by Rs 100 from August 1 i.e. from Rs 8,099 per sq.ft till July 21 to Rs 8,199 per sq.ft from August 1 onwards. In all, 11 towers will come up in Rajpushpa Provincia which will be built on about 23.75 acres. The height of each tower, will be G+39 floors. The area of the flats ranges from 1,370 to 2,660 sq.ft. The project will have two clubhouses with a total built up area of 1.5 lakh sq.ft. This spacious project will also have provision for EV (electric vehicle) charging facility for each flat. The club house will have an indoor AC basketball court. The first tranche of flats will
be handed over by March 2025.
