Interesting things are coming to light about Bhuvanteza Infra MD Chakka Venkatasubramaniam, who was arrested in the case of cheating and collecting crores of rupees from innocent middle-class buyers in the name of Prelaunch. His benami is a person named Miryala Srinu, alias Aksharam Seenu. It is learned that when Subramaniam was arrested, he fled from Hyderabad and shifted to Rajahmundry. It is reported that lands have been purchased in the names of Subrahmanyam’s wife Bhagyalakshmi, his brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and mother-in-law in Hyderabad. They are also considered his benamis. According to the information received by REG News, they are currently residing in the lane next to Athidhi Restaurant on Tilak Road in Rajahmundry.
Those who know him well say that Subramaniam was actually a man with deceitful thoughts from the beginning. It is known that in 2003 and 2004, he fled after cheating numerous people under a gold scheme scam. It was reported that he reached Rajahmundry with that money and worked for a local real estate company. Without the knowledge of the company’s partner, he double-registered 150 plots and swindled a large amount. He started his own company called Srirastu Developers with that money. He has committed many double registrations and frauds, it is said. He is accused of defrauding innocent people in the name of farmlands in Visakhapatnam and Nellore and embezzling crores of rupees.
Chakka Venkatasubramaniam, who moved from there to Hyderabad during the COVID period, did a marketing job in a finance company and embezzled 100 crores without the knowledge of the respective owner. With that money, he set up his own company called Bhuvanteza. He collected crores in the name of pre-launches in many areas like Shameerpet, Velimala, Medchal, and Adibatla.
He bought a plot in Shameerpet. However, the owner of the land has two sons. Before his death, the landowner wrote a will stating that the rights to sell the land would go to his grandchildren. Grandsons were abroad at that time. After the father’s death, the two sons sold the land jointly with Subramaniam. The grandsons who came to know about this returned to Hyderabad and approached the court. It is reported that Subramaniam has already collected crores of rupees from the buyers in the name of pre-launch at that place. As the construction of the project has not been completed even after years, some buyers have even approached the court.
Chakka Subramaniam collected money in the name of Agro Farms in Narayankhed. He owes crores of rupees to Muralikrishna, the owner of Neems Boro. Registrations were not done after collecting money from customers. There is no information about the land either. It is noteworthy that Chakka Venkatasubramaniam has been harbouring evil thoughts of cheating people since the beginning. After looting so many crores of rupees from the public, he now tells the police that he will return the money to the buyers. He is also saying that he will build those apartments. However, the police conducted a deep investigation in this case. How much money did he collect from whom? What assets does he have? Whose names are they? The police should look into how many people can get their money back if they are sold. The public wants the police to dig up more details about his benamis and wants them to return the money they have paid.
Greenmetro’s Boddu Ashok is being questioned
Chakka Subramaniam sold flats in Greenmetro Tulsi Bhagyanagaram during COVID. He was present at the sit and sold the flats there like it was his own company. He collected money from many buyers. But the flats have not been registered. With this, the buyers approached the company’s MD, Boddu Ashok. However, Ashok initially claimed that he had nothing to do with the money paid to Subramaniam. It has been learned that the police who arrested Venkatasubramaniam have also called Greenmetro’s Boddu Ashok for questioning. It is reported that the police have arrested Phanibhushan Rao, who is known to be a very close associate of Subramaniam. Also, as he is also a benami, the victims want him to be fully investigated.
