It’s only natural when one wonders about the dream home of a singer that his utmost heart will reside in the studio where he produces music, but when The REG exclusively got in touch with the new heartthrob of Tollywood Armaan Malik, he had different plans.
The singer whose mum is a south-Indian too, considers the city of Nizams to be his another dwelling that he has got super attached too. Sometimes, building a dream home can cause heartache however the ‘Butta Bomma’ fame tells us whenever he fabricates his dream residence, he’ll fill it with all the love he has in his ‘dil’. Despite having fabulous wealth in his hand, he still is so rooted to his ancestral roots both in Mumbai and Hyderabad whenever it comes to how he will design the house.
He explains, “Let’s begin with a massive lawn area for my pet to run around as much as he wants without any constraints, now let us add a glossy swimming pool because I am a water baby and something unique to offer, there can be a tennis court or a small turf to play football on!”
The recent SIIMA award victor didn’t just stop his wishes there, he adds more to it by saying that since he’s an immense play station fanatic, he would like to incorporate an ‘only games room’ compulsory. “Often people wonder since I am a musician, the maximum time I’ll be spending is would be in my home-studio. Yes, it is so true. I am always wedging out there yet it brings me so much tranquility in my life, it has always connected me more to my passion of music,” he adds.
A customize home built in the vast lands of Los Angeles has also helped Armaan realize his long-lasting dream of a ‘dream home’ other than India. He gives details further, “I am an artist, I am bound to travel to multiple places across the world yet I always miss my abode in Mumbai with my mother, father, brother and pet. There is a certain liking that I have developed for LA. The weather is so gorgeous; it is always so sunny but the kind of sunny that doesn’t simmer you (he chuckles). Sunny weather with beaches around you is so cool, isn’t it?”
Armaan is fond of the areas where it isn’t too cool and you can snuggle cozily in the weather, that’s there on the East coast of USA. Claiming weather to be the primary reason for constructing his dreamland there, he is wishing to build something extravagant yet comfy. “The natural aspects around where I would stay also matters to me so much, the country LA offers you that in the form of its usual assets. The better of them both! The four main factors to look for in the dream abode of ‘Armaan Malik’ would be reassurance not just in the furniture that we inculcate but also in its atmosphere, a fun-zone for entertainment purposes, a modular kitchen for eatery purposes so that we don’t just relish delicious food but have a great view too and lastly a precinct to relax!”
