Cricketer Yashasvi Jaiswal buys a flat in Mumbai

Indian cricketer Yashaswi Jaiswal has bought a flat in the Ten BKC project in Bandra East, Mumbai. This flat with an area of 1110 square feet was bought for Rs. 5.38 crore. It seems that the registration of this flat, which is currently under construction, was done on the 7th of last month. Adani Realty, which is building the project, however, refused to comment. It was Radius Estates that initially promoted the project.

However, after it went bankrupt, it was bought by Adani Realty. Currently, construction activities are going on in full swing. Local brokers say that the flats may be handed over this year. Started in 2016, this project has 2 bhk, 3 bhk, and 4 bhk flats. Meanwhile, according to the purchase agreement, Jaiswal had paid more than Rs. 48,000 per square feet for this house.
