CREDAI conducts study tour for addressing construction issues

  • More than 200 people attended from 15 chapters in Telangana

CREDAI Telangana, which acts as a platform between buyers and sellers in the real estate sector, has taken another step forward. The organisation which is ensuring that there is no shortage of skills in the construction sector, recently organised a study tour to familiarise all its members with the latest technologies in the construction sector and to clear their doubts in the field. More than 200 members from 15 chapters of Telangana attended it. They all examined the key projects in Hyderabad during a day-long tour where they learnt about new technologies and got their doubts cleared by speaking with the engineers and developers concerned.

Speaking on this occasion, CREDAI Telangana president Murali Krishna Reddy explained that this study tour was organised to create awareness among CREDAI members about the new aspects of the construction sector. Poulomi, SMR Vinay Iconia, and Salarpuria commercial projects were visited by CREDAI members along with the ambitiously constructed T-Hub of the Telangana government, he said. The purpose of this tour is to provide a comprehensive understanding of various types of projects from basement level to brick work to club house to other infrastructure. He said that such tours will help to ensure that there are no mistakes in the construction of the project. CREDAI Telangana president elect Prem Sagar Reddy explained that the programme organized by the initiative of Murali Krishna Reddy has received an unexpected response. While they thought that less than 100 people would come, more than 200 members turned up for the tour and learned all the topics with interest. He said that more such tours will be conducted in the future as well.
