A complaint has been made with the city police against Parijatha Developers, the king of pre-launches. The MD of this company, Naresh Kumar, and several others have been summoned by the police. A woman who paid Rs 25 lakh to the company failed to get her money back despite following up for six years, and she approached the police for justice. However, it is not known if the police registered the case or made a settlement between both parties as usual.
There are more than a thousand people who have been cheated by paying money to Parijatha developers in the last six years.
