After the completion of 75 percent of the construction of the SMR Vinay Heights project in Bandlaguda, it is offering a golden opportunity to the buyers. In this, 100 grams of gold is being given to the buyers of two and three-bedroom flats. As for the price, it has been decided at Rs. 5,500 per square feet. The company proudly announced that the project will be handed over by March 2024.
