Realising that the face of Hyderabad will change in the next five to 10 years, many investors are looking towards Hyderabad. Credai Hyderabad builders also agree to this. They said that people from cities like Patna in Bihar are buying in Hyderabad instead of there.
Many builders say that not only from the four corners of the country, foreign residents are also showing interest in settling in Hyderabad. Because the infrastructure is developing at the international level. Thus, IT companies are coming to the city. There will be no problem with water supply here in the future. In Hyderabad, water connections are easily available as soon as builders complete the construction of apartments. But a builder lamented that in a city like Bengaluru, even five years after the construction was completed, there was no fresh water connection. Once upon a time, there was a problem with Manjeera here. But later, it was resolved. At present, fresh water is also being supplied to the people. But the Kaveri problem is still not solved. Credai Hyderabad community members are of the opinion that the government in power aspires for the development of the city.
