One of the most sought-after locations in Bandra West is Pali Hill in Mumbai, where prices for real estate range from ₹1 lakh to ₹1.25 lakh per square foot.
Actor Aamir Khan too resides in this plush area of Mumbai. Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) declared on March 14 that it would renovate a housing society in Mumbai’s Pali Hill neighbourhood. It also stated that the development agreement is being worked on and that the final plan will be available shortly.
This magnum opus project is predicted to bring in a total of roughly ₹500 crore in income and have the capacity to sell carpet space measuring roughly 50,000 square feet.
Atmosphere Realty is developing the project with promoters being Abhay Chandak of the Chandak Group, Manan Shah, Naveen Makhija, and Manohar Chhabria of the Wadhwa Group.
