With more than two decades of experience in the real estate sector and a business career spanning over four decades, Venu Vinod is known for promoting environmentally responsible development practices. Under his leadership, Cybercity Builders has focused on integrating sustainability, future-ready design, and intelligent urban planning into its projects, aligned with IGBC’s green and net-zero frameworks.
Hyderabad has become one of India’s leading cities for green building adoption, supported by strong government policies, growing awareness among developers, and increasing demand for sustainable construction practices across residential, commercial, and IT sectors.
